A couple of years ago we were referred to John Termotto of Custom Design Build Studio LLC. We contracted him to do some improvements on our home. We've dealt with other contractors & know how a project should be ran. After dealing with John we soon found out he was dishonest. Most of the promises he made fell short. There were some delays & many excuses. Some of the workers he brought in complained to us about him but we thought it was It was just shop talk. It was almost like he was short on funds. Finally the work was completed & we just wanted to get him out of our lives & put our home back together. Last month some of the work he performed started to come apart. It just wasn't installed right in the first place. We tried calling the number listed & it is out of service. We contacted our attorney. He just informed us that we should expect nothing.
He is being sued in Palm Beach County Court by his mortgage company for non-payment. They are foreclosing on his home. See Palm Beach County Courts case number 50-2016-CA-006623-XXXX-MB. Our lawyer showed us many many cases against John Termotto. It soon became apparent that we were completely conned by him. Our advice to you is don't do business with him. We have to find another contractor to mop up this mess.
