I am not of small figure, but I am beautiful, intelligent and smart. I recognize that I am also talented in many avenues, and I am very beautiful inside and out. My ultimate goal was to pay my way through college to finish my MBA, and gradute in December of 2019.
I have worked very hard to accomplish what I have today. John’s deceptive practices through false and malicious intentions have costs me my savings, more college expenses and my children’s well-being and my life. He has shown again that he has not learned from his consequences from using malicious and deceptive practices for his financial and personal gain.
I will not rest until I am fully compensated. I will eventually heal from the lies that he told with the scam of a marriage, but to leave me broke and homeless for the sake of his own selfish acts with my kids at risk; is using deceptive practices as fraud through marriage. Theft by deception through marriage is what has happened because he has left me to pay for everything alone.
I was told that I would receive compensation with the bills, business loans, credit cards etc. It has been more than 6 months, and I have yet to hear from Mr. Hurst. I have spent hours filling out forms and driving all over with my daughter locating help to assist with the bills he left behind for me to pay alone.
John has made a mockery of me and my family, all while laughing leaving me struggling to place my life back together. He and his new “love” have openly laughed at my family’s pain and financial stress on social media.
This individual has no concern for the people whom he has affected. His lack of respect for the property of others and his disregard of his actions and the law should be weighed into consideration. He has caused more financial and emotional stress than anyone can imagine.
In summary, I understand that some will never learn while others do try to work and abide by the laws of the land. Unfortunately, Mr. Hurst has no regards for his actions or the law. Again, I urge you to take these allegations seriously as I have already begun the legal process to implement these charges of fraud, hoping for closure with prosecution to the fullest of the law allowable.

I will be able to prove and provide to the courts of his malicious intentions to hurt and smear my reputation with his scam of a marriage. He refuses to acknowledge his financial responsibilities, as we are still legally married.
He now has impregnated his mistress and is providing everyday expenses for his new family. John was also recently released from jail and paid the bail bondsman money on the next day. He has invaded the court system with no sustainable address.
