After being a loyal customer for 10 years having purchased 4 different Chrysler 300's luxury vehicles for cash, the last vehicle, a 2018 Chrysler 300 S, turned out to be a lemon.
Having driven a dysfunctional car for almost 6 months, having spent hundreds of frustrating hours in the Service Department, I was informed by the service "expert" that my car was in perfect working order, despite that the same malfunctions were still present: the radio arbitrarily deprogramed my preset radio stations several times a day.
My phone was unpaired from the system every day and had to be re-paired every day; the backup camera only worked 50% of the time; the air conditioner blew hot air on the passenger side even when the controls were set on the lowest temperature setting: I could only return text messages with one word prerecorded messages as the App "Android Auto" was not present in the system.
I reported the vehicle to Chrysler Customer Service as a Lemon and they told me that they could not do anything for me because their expert had said that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Out of frustration with the lies and fraud, I sold the vehicle at a great economic loss due to the depreciation of the vehicle. Buyer beware! Anyone who purchases a vehicle from this fraudulent dealership has been duly warned!
