Joseph Celello and workers are totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Hired him to install a new granite counter in my kitchen. He advised my large plantation window and frame would have to be removed for the job. Came home after work to find my window removed and my house completely open to the outside.
Did not secure with anything (no plywood, didn’t close my accordion shutters, nothing!) and they left my sliding glass door open, all my lights on, and placed the windows and tracks on my brand new just installed flooring leaning against my brand new installed wood plank wall. When I called him in disbelief his response was, "what are they gonna steal?” He came over and put plastic over the opening.
He used my brand new luxury vinyl planks (in the box waiting to finish being installed) to weigh down the plastic over my cabinet top! His workers used MY Tools that they took from my garage, moved my chairs for them to use on my porch and scratched my brand new laid flooring when they moved the stove. Walked through my house in to my master bedroom to open my sliding glass door and lied about it. The whole time him and his workers found nothing wrong with their behavior and shrugged off my complaints.
Very unhappy with the final product. Granite is very thing, Seam is right in the middle of the sink. Damaged sheet rock when they ripped out the window and didn’t fix it. Threatened to take me to court for the money he says he’s owned. DONT USE JOESEPH CELELLO. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESEPTFUL!
