Joe Grubb and Mary Grubb owes us $85 for a service call and refuses to pay
Appointment made on 12/16/2014 for 12/18/2014 between 10-12 to troubleshoot and diagnose their pool heater. Technician arrived , knocked and rang doorbell then waited outside for 20 minutes. Rang and knocked again, the office called Joe Grubb who said he would call his wife. His wife finally answered the front door and rudely said "I meant to cancel the appointment" and told the technician to leave. Per company policy if an appointment is not cancelled within 2 hours and up to 24 hours and we show up there is a service call charge. Additionally the Grubbs live way out of our service area, we made an exception to help them out since they had conveyed they couldn't find anyone. Some gratitude! We had to pay our technician for two hours, plus gas, travel, insurance and over overhead associated with running a business.
