I ordered 3 tops and wanted to exchange 2 of them for a larger size. I sent an email but received no response back so I'm stuck with 2 sweaters that don't fit. I feel scammed and I'm certainly not happy about it.
Who do I contact?
Why didn't they respond to my email?
In my email I also stated that in addition to these exchanges I wanted to order other tops.
Help! What do I do now? Is there anything I can do? If so, who do I contact?
I had ordered a pair of shoes from another company which i received and paid for. Then i also received another package from joe doe which i did not order. I will try to send them back cod.
I am so angry! I believed I was ordering outlet Clark women's sandals. I usually check these things out. I can't even remember when I ordered them. I'm sure I used Paypal but can't find it. Received absolute cheap, horribly made sandals, can't even wear them! I'm going to try and research through Paypal to see if I have any recourse.
I purchased 2 pairs of what were advertised as leather shoes with rubber soles. the shoes delivered to me have plastic soles and I don't know what they're made of, but It's not leather. They have a very strong chemical odor and don't look like what I ordered.
The package has the return address of: joe doe 230-39 rockaway blvd BLDG B spring gardens ny 11413, which the internet has told me is fake...
There is no receipt or invoice or anything inside the package, no contact info, no return information, no way to contct the seller, nothing.
The description of the doll I ordered from DHGate is, SILICONE REBORN in the amount of $75. What I received in the mail from JOE DOE is a hard vinyl doll that isn't worth more than $20
Retaica advertises women's clothing online that appears to be high quality and specifies that it "is made in and shipped from the USA". The clothing is low quality, made in China and ships from China to a location, eventually re-ships from a company called "Joe Doe" located at 230-39 Rockaway Blve Bldg B, Springfield Gardens, New York.
It takes about 30 days to receive this sub-standard merchandise. Their return policy only accepts merchandise that is received in a damaged condition. The clothing is not honestly depicted in the online photographs.
In addition, this scam has tentacles as this company, Retaica, also uses the exact same site content and photographs under other weirdly named companies to get additional orders. I stumbled on this clothing site as it appeared on either Facebook or Instagram and it looked very legitimate with reviews of the clothing. The site is very professionally done. The company is a scam.
I have received two packages from this "company" of 3" x 3" little round tubs containing aspirin size chlorine tablets. I have never ordered this, I don't know who these people are and so far I cannot find any strange charges on my CC or bank accounts.
My fear is that I will start getting charged. There is no paperwork at all inside the package. It was shipped via USPS through Pitney Bowes.
Ordered shirt from company above described as high quality cotton at a cost of 30. Was charged 60 and shirt was made of polyester. There is no return available and cannot locate "company."
230-39 Rockaway Blvd Building B Springfield GardensLast year I received two mens wrist watches that I had not ordered from this company in Spring Gardens, NY. I can't remember what I did with them...I may still have them somewhere. Today I received 3 bathing suits that I had not ordered. I have been looking to see if and where they may have charged me for these but so far haven't found anything that would connect with this company or this order. There wasn't an invoice with the order nor any other form of identification inside with the items so it's hard to try and trace.
There are some Chinese characters at the bottom of the shipping label on the outside of the package if that helps at all. I just want to know what I should do with these items. Return them, donate them, toss them...what? I know I will not try to return them for refund because then they might ask me to verify my card information and that I will not do!! Is this a type of scam or should I keep looking for a charge to appear on my bank account or credit card?
Thank you for your service and any help you may be able to offer.
