I purchase a bran new bravo scout June 13 2015 2 months after purchase all 4 tires wore completely bald in the middle of the tire Hecht trailers in toms river claimed I had low psi I purchased 4 new tires By November which is about 2 months later it happened again to the tires By decmeber I noticed the cross member were flexing under the wieght of my 1168 pound snapper pro 52 in mower Over the winter I attempted to go through the warranty system They claimed the wear on tires was due to a bent axel and again I was overloading It Trailer is rated for 7000 pound They gave me the run around and eventually told me to call the manufacturer myself -why should I call the manufacture- I bought the trailer thought your dealership...!!!!! The work did not get completed until April 2016 which again I paid for Hecht trailers once again said I was over loading it I payed to weld reinforcements to trailer Right after paying for the new wields and axel and leaf spring broke. I had trailer weighed 4880 pounds total wieght Trailer is rated for 7000 lb I have owned this trailer less than 9 months and it has cost me over 2000 in shop repairs. Rip off alert!!!
