I am searching for a 1 ounce Gold Austrian Philharmonic for a Birthday present for this upcoming weekend (today is Monday) I need the coin by Friday.

I get on the phone bright & early Monday morning starting my search and come across JMBullion who's prices are not the best but this is something that I need quickly.

I place an order takes about 15 minutes to do so and get an email that I am all set and the birthday gift should ship out later in the day and is scheduled to arrive on Thursday so I have an extra buffer and I am relieved this is done.

Now I get an email at 3:30 7 hours later telling me that my order has been cancelled for suspicious fraudulent activity. WTF why did they wait 7 hours to do this? I call in and speak to a nice woman name Mitsy not at all like the knucklehead who took my order originally.

Mitsy explains that because I recently moved there is an issue. I give her a new credit card and give her all of the pertinent information and reorder the coin this is now approaching 4:00 on Monday. Now I get a 2nd email that my 2nd order has been cancelled and this one arrives at 5:05 pm. Nothing like a company f**king with you when you are on a time crunch.

I call in again and am asked if I was to try to place a third order? I think to myself are you kidding me? I would do business with this company if they had a gun to my head. IN retrospect JMBullion is a bunch of fast talking deceptive con men who play around and if you tell them you really need something there response is to cancel your order and then see how long until you call in.

These people are all scumbags and I am not supposed to see how many hundreds of bad reviews they actually have. I am going to find a local coin store and walk in and pay cash for the birthday gift.

JMBullion can go jump in a lake as far as I am concerned as they had an opportunity to acquire a new customer and instead they now have someone else who hates them and how they conduct themselves in business.

I had ordered some PM from JMBullion. I set up echeck so that I would not have to worry about mailing or wiring funds. I got an email a few days later which stated "JM Bullion Order Update - ORD ******is Now Paid". This led to me believe that the order was... well... paid. I never received another email or call. I finally went on to check the status (because they are usually fairly late in shipping out by like 1-2 weeks) and it said cancelled. What? I had planned my purchase to a specific day, and they decided to cancel it.

I then reached out to support to see what happened. and this was their response:

I logged on today to see if it has shipped and saw this.

It looks like you never took the payment from my bank account

But I got a email that said JM Bullion Order Update - ORD ******is Now Paid

So I thought that ****** was... well... Paid

Katherine: We were unable to process the payment. Unfortunately our billing department does not automatically send out an email when the status is moved to cancelled. It is a feature our development team is working to implement. I apologize for the confusion.

Well, that is convenient. Not the best customer service move

I have had "difficulties" in the past, but just plain cancelling an order on a market priced item, with no notification, and then not doing anything in the post-event customer service? I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
