Please do not order from JM Bullion!! You are risking whether you will receive your items or not. I notice a trend going on based on other reviews where a tracking number has been system generated and you are told your order will be delayed. Most consumers will wait patiently…a few weeks even..based on this message.
However, if you do not contact them within 3-7 days of this notice, they will make this completely your fault for not reading the terms and conditions. They will make it out to be a rare occurrence which was what I believed and now I see this is not true. It has happened time and time again, and they will not look into why this happens.
I have proof from USPS that they never received the products to begin with. This should not be happening at all. It is a complete scam! If you are reading this, please message me so we can build a case with an attorney. This is not right and justice should be served.
So when i ordered all was fine. I did a wire 3k . I finally get a shipping notification. Then i receive a notice that its in transit and its delayed. I understand that things are difficult to ship now. Post covid everything takes longer. so i wait and i call and i wait some more. I have waited enough with out any call back so i call again.
This time they tell me i waited to long to call them and there was nothing they could do. Hard to get your head around. then the lady says they have not had any shipping problems. That would make them the only company in the country that has not had difficulty in shipping. They missed the news. I could not be more upset.
According to the magazine "Coinweek" When JM recently declared bankruptcy $60 million in its clients money disappeared with it. Fortunately, less than $500. of that $60 million was mine.
I purchased by credit card check monster box 2020 american eagles. I was a returning customer who used them one time in the past. My check was cancelled by them but they was no good. I asked for refund. I am still waiting for my refund. I was told through email yesterday buy J M Bullion that the funds were returned but nothing so far. Very dissapointed. Credit card funded the check March 9.
Speaking to representative from the company Monday March 16 trying to get my money back.
JM Bullion deposited my checks on 9/18 and 9/21, but cancelled my orders. They have yet to issue a refund. JM Bullion accepted my checks, and they cleared my bank account on 9/18 and 9/21. They cancelled my order on 9/22. I called them on 9/22 and the rep I spoke with ensured me that my order would be refunded within a week. I have yet to receive a refund. I called them again today and spoke with Tom. He told me my 9/22 check was refunded on 10/3, but he 'had no idea' where my 9/18 refund was. He told me he 'couldn't promise' any resolution, but would 'look into it'. I told him that's unacceptable, and he told me that's all he could do. When I spoke with rep on 9/22, she told me there was going to be a $40 charge to me. Given the delay this company has had, I find it completely unacceptable for them to charge me this fee -- since they had my money, deposited it, and cancelled my order anyway. I want my full refund without the $40 cancellation fee.
