I purchased three pairs of shoes, all size 40 (equivalent of womans size 7 1/2 USA); I also purchased some clothing. All three pairs of shoes were marked size 40; one pair fit, the second pair was bigger (aproximately a 8 1/2 or 9), and the third pair was the biggest (aproximately a size 10 or 11).

I immediately contacted the company and was asked to send pictures. I sent the pictures, then was told I would have to wait because of the 7-day Spring Holiday Festival. When I recived their decision, via E-mail, this is what they wrote:

"The three pairs of shoes are all size 40, which length is 25 inch. You may re-check the measurements. We are sorry that the shoes do not fit you very well. Normally we make shoes in the right size, while the size and fitness may be also affected by different foot structures. We do care about your feeling and situation, so after communicating with our supervisor, here we have two solutions for you to choose from.

1.) We will offer you a coupon (40% of the items value) and it can be used for your new order here. Meanwhile you can keep the products. 2.) Or you may return the items to us, but please note that the shipping cost back and forth will be at your own expense. It usually taakes three weeks for us to receive your parcel depending on how you send it back. After receiving the returned package, we can make a coupon equals to the item value for your new order here. Here is the general address (not return address) for you to check the return postage with your local post office before returning your parcel: Suzhou, China. Post Code 215021. NOTE: Before returning the item, please contact us to get the Return Form as well as the detailed return address first."

To say the least, I am quite upset! I finally responded to them via E-mail today, and this was my response:

"Obviously, your company is not going to take responsibility for your own merchandising mistakes! Tell your supervisor that I said your company is unworthy of having any customers. Since I was only given two options in this matter, and no matter what I choose, it is my financial loss for the mistakes made by your uneducated factory workers; I will take option number 1, only because I am not going to lose any more money on this mess of yours. I have already paid $31.99 in shipping costs, and will not lose any more time or money over this. I assure you, your company will not survive without good customers, and you just lost my business - congratulations on your terribly poor efforts to keep me as a customer! Send me my 40% coupon; enjoy the 60% tiy gave stolen from me!"
