Today I am here to share my experience at JindalX, I joined this organization on 6th of August as a part time customer support executive for zomato chat process. at first they will treat you in a very good manner once you will join the process they will show you the reality check which is worst.
from the very first day I was aware just about my salary and Timings which will gonna be as per login hours as this is freelancing but the max login hours will gonna be 4.5 hours by which I will get 8k for login, 1 k bonus and 400 rs for wifi allowance. first day of training I get to know that I will gonna be 9 hours training then i thought its a same process for everyone which needs to be followed so I managed in training but when the ojt period started the behaviour of the trainer changed he used to think like he is the only one who pays us and he use to give us week offs as per his prefrence and availability which was very bad but still I managed then they said your shift will gonna be 7:30-12:30
then I agreed but on a very first day of the shift they texted at 6pm that you need to join pre shift briefing ASAP otherwise you will be marked as absent for the day, I was in complete shock like I have overall 1 year of bpo I never had such experience with nay organization and there management but still I managed but the behavior of the trainer ( rahul khushwaha) maked me something which I never wanted to be. on 2nd of September means yesterday I was not doing well so I joined meet for preshift at 7:15 when I joined he said what is the preshift timings?
I said sir sorry I was not doing well then arrogantly he said this is your daily drama you come late saying you have other works and all what should I do Mark you absent? I said no sir arrange a session with hr because it's high time everyone is working as freelancer they are freshers but I am not a Fresher I am not going to take this please arrange a session with hr this is unacceptable I am not going to login you people hired for 4.5 hours work and taking preshifts postshifts xyz meetings even we are not getting weekoffs as per prefrence this is pathetic he said you go to hr then he removed me from the meet without even listening to me.
then also removed me from the official whatapp group also blocked my contact number then I got a call from hr(rohit raina) I asked him for fnf as I cannot manage in this atmosphere he said your behavior is not. good with your trainer( rahul khushwaha) I said you should also be aware about how he treats us. please without any further do let me know the complete process of leaving this organization with my complete money I am not going to waste my single buck here he said you will not get paid because you are not certified yet I said if I am not certified why I am taking live chats? he said I am on weekoff talk to you later then he disconnected the call. right now I am completely feeling cheated
