In October of 2013, we decided to sell our 2005 motorhome through a RV sales broker. I contacted Jim Sadler owner of A-Plus Contract Management. He asked me to bring my motorhome to Vero Beach, Fl, where his business was located at that time. I agreed, and drove the motorhome to Vero Beach, Fl. Upon his inspection, I agreed to have repairs done to the hallway floor, awning, new flat screen TV, and replace all six tires with new ones. Which I paid for all this myself. Upon completion of these repairs, we agreed that the motorhome was in great shape, and he said he could sell it easily for me. We agreed on a price, and signed an Exclusive Placement Agreement, furnished by Jim Sadler, on November 13, 2013.

Between November 2013, and June 2014, I had contacted Jim Sadler several times in regards to selling my motorhome. He said he had interested parties, but was real busy moving from Vero Beach to Ocala, Fl. He had enlisted help from a friend from texas, Ralph 210-287-2628. Ralph was handling business in Vero Beach, while Jim Sadler was moving.

June 2014, Jim Sadler contacted me to tell me that he had a buyer for my motorhome, Michael Endicott, PO Box 101, New Haven, In. 46774, and that I would need to sign some paperwork so he could get the registration transferred. I contacted Jim Sadler several times between June and October of 2014 asking about the sale of my motorhome. He kept stalling me, saying that the DMV was holding things up. When in fact, he had sold my motorhome on June 23, 2014. He was collecting payments, but not sending them on to me. He stole three month of payments of $533.84 from me. Totaling $1601.52, that Jim Sadler collected from Mike Endicott, July, August, and September 2014. Mike Endicott confirmed to me that he did make these payment on time to Jim Sadler's bank. I did not find this out until 2016.

I saw on A Plus Contract Management web site that my motorhome was up for sale. I contacted Mike Endicott to find out what was going on since Jim Sadler was behind 2 months on the payments. He told me that he had traded up to a different motorhome. I then contacted Jim Sadler to find out what was going on. He said he was going to sell my motorhome again. I told him that I had only agreed to that one sale, and did not want to do business with him because he was always late with his payments. He said he would not let me pick it up, and he was hiding it. He normally keeps the things he is selling at Cardinal Storage, Ocala, Fl. I then contacted the Ocala Police Dept. who sent an Officer to his home. After much discussion, I was able to recover my motorhome and return to North Carolina.

In talking with Mike Endicott after he traded in my motorhome, I found out that he had paid for three months that I had not recieved. I asked Jim Sadler about this, and at first he lied and said that he didn't collect any payments until October 2014. Then when I told him that I talked with Mike Endicott, and got a copy of the Contract for Title Agreement (a plus form), it clearly shows that the first payment was due July 23, 2014. Then Jim Sadler said he had withheld the payments because he had to pay for front end repairs to the motorhome after Mike Endicott bought it. This is a lie, because Mike Endicott said he had contacted Jim Sadler about some repairs because the front end and the shocks were faulty. He said after he picked it up in Florida and drove it back to Indiana, that it was leaning to the side, and shaking. Mike said he contacted Jim Sadler who would not call him back. Jim Sadler had his friend Ralph call Mike Endicott and tell him that the sale was as is, and they would do nothing for him. So Mike Endicott said he had it repaired himself, and has the paperwork to prove it. Mike told me that he thinks Jim Sadler was letting someone use my motorhome, because it was not the same as I had left it.

I am 73 years old, retired, married, and I do not like being taken advantage of. Jim Sadler is a liar and a thief. He owes me for the payments he collected. I should ask for late fees, as he would if a payment was not recieved on time.
