He ripped off the US government filing a fake Asylum claim pretending that he and his family are Christian. Over the 10 years he was unable to keep up with the lies and as we started learning the truth and shortly after he ran.
About his fake US Asylum. He was in deportation status when i met him, he made up a claim he was a Christian and if he was deported back to Pakistan he would be persecuted for practicing his Christianity and for being exposed to Western life whule he was here for school. The United States was convinced by his good lies and granted him asylum.
While his 2 siblings and parents live high on the hog in Pakistan and are practicing Muslims through his family's own admission years later. They have no fear of persecution and in fact are building another home in Pakistan and have no interest in ever living in the United States. In fact they have an adversion to Westerners and love living in Pakistan.
Everything this man ever told me was a lie. From him and his family being dovout Christians, to living in squalor, to fear of being blown up or killed, to him having an engineering degree, to him being an internet and computer genius, to him being a business partner and friend, a religious man, it goes on and on. Over the years I learned he was a pathological liar. All made up to gain trust and sympathy. He could not keep up with his own lies.
In fact the con artist was so religious and his faith was so important to him that he risked dying over it. To not ever stepping foot into a church the day he got his conditional asylum 10 years ago. Key word "conditional" asylum as long as he kept his nose clean.
For 10 years he manipulated me and as I started closing in on his lies he ran off with 10 years of my work and intellectual property worth millions. At one point he attempted to pay me back but when I questioned the source that the money was coming from and that is when he went totally quiet. I was concerned he sold my technology to another individual and I wanted to know how he was obtaining millions of dollars and where this money was coming from.
And, the bigger picture is what Jim Preston has been doing all these 10 years, what he is involving in, where our technology went, why he disappeared and why he has not stepped into a Church the last 10 years or even knows a Bible verse but he got an Asylum based on Religion.
The US Immigration allowed a 23 year old Thug to live in the US based on his ridiculous claims, and the Thug turns around and victimizes people to show his gratitude and holyness. The United States wil hopefully investigate and prosecute this evil Thug for Immigration fraud and thows him in jail.
Important to mention his first attemptet at US Citizenship fraud was a brief marriage to a girl he met on the Internet seeking money in exchange for a green card. When that did not work out he got an idea to pursue an asylum claim making up elaborate claims he found on internet that other people were using.
I started closing in on all of his lies when I questioned him about the Bible, about his Baptism, about his Confirmation, about his Bible study, Church, his Pastor. He didn't know anything.
We were releasing our technology this January after 10 years. I was waiting on the day to finally release the technology we built over the ladt 10 years and to finally get this liar out of my life. The technology release never came in January. He ran and disappeared.
