There is something that centene corporation will never tell you. They are liars and cheats and a bunch of thieving criminals running a fraudulent enterprise and eating off our hard-earned dollars with no conscience whatsoever. That are running a scam – a fraud while sitting pretty on their high horses. You will become a sucker if you buy their policy for it will draw you into a never-ending black hole of running around in circles that will consume you totally. Yeah the policy looks good – almost too good to be true. But be warned! the top executives at centene are bona fide prevaricators with no moral compass and no empathy for human suffering. Ultimately, what you are buying is just a piece of useless paper.
Be wary of the agent as well who sweet-talk you into buying the policy. Once you buy the policy you will never see his/her face again. I never saw jim again. I do not even know if that was his real name. You too will not know if you fall into the trap the centene guys have laid everywhere. So beware and be warned.
I have been left scarred for life because of the horrifying experience i had with centene. I have suffered an unbearable amount of pain and trauma due to their caviler attitude. I was emotionally drained from the struggle that i had to undergo even when i had done nothing wrong. I, a perfect law-abiding citizen, selected a policy that suited me the most and paid all the premiums on time.
My ordeal started in mid-may. A tumor removal surgery that i underwent last summer resulted in recurring backaches. I tried yoga and other alternative therapies, but all these seemed to work only for a while. The rest of the time i had to bear the dreadful pain. When i found it agonizing to get out of bed; and even accomplishing the simplest of tasks such as putting on clothes became a chore, i decided to call on the doctor. But either my policy was not covered or the clinic was no longer on centene’s in-network list. Call after call i made, i got the same response. My patience ran thin and i shouted for no fault of his at a nurse who attended my call. I was shattered and had exhausted all my energies. And this was my only way to let go. My children were having a hard time with all the shouting that i was doing. They shrank away from me. But can you imagine how i felt. In the dark, wondering what to do about the future, cursing the slimy jim who sold me the policy. I felt as if i had the cover yet, was uncovered.
Had all the saving for a rainy day come to a naught? I felt as if there was no help available. Let alone a doctor, in most instances, i could not get past the front desk.
I have spent months now trying to find a doctor. But to no avail. I have tried getting across to my agent and the representatives of the company who have been anything but polite. By this time i had also realized what had happened. There were no doctors to attend to me for the policy i had brought for an exorbitant price, for which i had paid premiums higher than my earlier coverage. My worst nightmare had come true. I had been swindled out of my dollars by this insurance company employing con men and swindlers on their payroll to deprive hard working americans like me of their money. I had heard of insurance frauds but this was a new low and a jab where it hurt the most.

The canard that companies like health net and centene corporation propagate is fairly simple. First, they lure the policyholder with their over-the-top promises which is what their front men Agents like jim) are paid to do and when the customer falls hook, line and sinker into their platitudes and lies, they earn their bonuses and build their classy mansions and go on trips to exotic locales every year. Then when you want your dues – they vanish or concoct every possible excuse on earth to deny you what is rightfully due to you.
The top executives at centene do not feel that they are obligated to anyone. Guided solely by the motive of profit and having not one iota of sensitivity towards the plight of their policyholders, they have devised elaborate ways to ensure that they do not have to pay a single dollar. Imagine it is your money that they appropriate, and then they have the nerve to go full ballistic, and deny what is due to you.
I did not get a single dollars’ worth of service from centene. I lost my job and for that i rest the blame entirely on the company. I have had to take loans to cover the medical expenses. Had the church not donated so generously, it would have been extremely hard for me. Does the company think that they are not answerable to anyone? Are we just scapegoats for their profit-making exercise?
Centene corporation and its top executives need to be brought to book and specially the money pinching top bosses whose arrogance is stultifying. How can they bear to live with the pain and the distress they have caused millions of americans?
So, here’s this thing. If you have been conned, duped, connived by these scheming money pinchers and you too have gone through the kind of pain i have, it is time to speak up. Centene corporation is a criminal organization and they should not be allowed to spread their tentacles any further. They should not be allowed to target any more innocents like you and me.
