IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THE ONE ON ONE COACHING READ!!!
So here are my two cents, I was actually trully interested in the idea of coaching. I wanted some guidance in making my already existing online business better with his teaching/consultings. Online is a second source of income for me as I am a management consultant so i was looking forward to speaking with a professional. The Customer Service Rep was very bubllely and cheery and asked me very dull questions (typical bad job interview question like 3 weakness and 3 strenghts, and where do you see yourself in 3 years are you coachable... etc) after about 15 minutes she went to talk to her "Director". and they quoted me a one time payment of $4,800 that I had to do right there and then.. I was like, Ok, that does not hurt my head after all that is $400 a month over 12 months so... but what Im I buying? They were very generic, details were scattered... it was like (Analogy time!!) buying a Car but you are not allowed to know what Brand, what color, what model but " Dont worry its gonna be a cool car" and expect you to be , ohh, ok, I trust you .....
Ok so moving on when i said that I needed to know more details, but nothing unless i say that would provide my credit card number, again I WAS INTERESTED IN COACHING.... So she sensed that I was pushing for details, what does this entails?? The customer Rep said "I need to talk to my Director", and then she came back that her Director does not have time to talk to me and he does not know when he will.... That sounds to me like a Scam folks or a service that does not provide real value.
I turned to Jim because of his PodCast but it is a shame that it is handled this way. As some others have said on this site, i dont think i will be listening to Jim or doing business with him in the future.
Asking for proof that the $4800 has been returned in profit by others before me, they provided 0 detail and get offended, which is a HUGE red flag. Any legitimate business will demonstrate their legitimate examples of all clients and successes before you. Not here!
While I am open-minded, I'm also well-educated, well-versed in corporate and judgement calls on these things and I say I smell something fishy. To be completely determined soon..
