Website lures you in with puppy photos. The photos are fake, the photos are from other websites on the internet. They will ask you for 800 cash via money order and then ask for more money dude to transportation problems. I asked the owners to send me a photo of the puppy we wanted with a piece of paper with todays date on it. They freaked out called me untrusting.....Stay away!
I first went to the web site Jila Weimaraner puppies and found the puppy "London" that I wanted. They had pictures of her as well as other dogs. The price was $700, cash only. I went to money gram at cvs and paid them the $700. It went to Martin Tita, 678-803-8236
. I was supposed to receive London the next day by 8pm. That didn't happen and I was told that I had to pay $1,450 cash for insurance, refundable when I received my puppy. I paid that to Yvan Etta the pet transporter.
[email protected]. I was 100% promised that I would have London by 8PM that day. Four hours before she was supposed to arrive, I received an email from bolden pet air saying that my puppy needed MORE shots, and that I needed to pay $900 to get her by 11:30 that night. I refused to pay that and I knew that it was a SCAM.
I called the pet transporter and they hung up on me. All of these people had an accent. Perhaps from India, I'm not sure. I kept calling and texting and they ignored all of my emails, voice mails and texts.
They even got nasty and told me to "kiss my a*s". I told them that I was not done, and that they would be hearing from me and I will work to shut down their scandalous web site. There was never a puppy.... they stole close to $2,000 dollars from me. They need to be punished.
We found some adorable Weimaraner puppies on the Internet at Jila Weimaraner Puppies. We told them we were interested in a male named Zeke. We were told we could get him within 12 hrs. If we wired them the $700.00 purchase price which was to include the shipping from Georgia to Michigan. We sent the 700 by MoneyGram as instructed. Then we were sent a typed Bill of Sale with the breeders signature and a place for us to sign and keep. Shortly after we recieved another e-mail that said the puppy couldn't be shipped until we wired $1400.00 more dollars for insurance that would be fully refunded once we recieved the puppy in Michigan. We were to wire the money just as we had earlier for the cost of the puppy, we did. I know we were stupid. Needless to say we never got the puppy but we did get another e-mail requesting more money for a special crate and some vacinations needed before the puppy could fly, it amounted to over $4000.00 that we would also get back once the puppy was delivered to us. Not gonna happen. We lost $2100.00 dollars to this scam. We did report this to our local police but they said there wasn't much they could do. Beware when you are wiring money, once its gone not much you can do. Its gone. Puppyless in Michigan.
