My representative was from Minnesota and was new to the company. She told me that my price for the Advertising was $1675.04 id I paid within duing a time period which I did. On the front page of the contract Kate, the sales rep) wrote that

the contract was for the period of 07/15 to 01/16. On the front page on the contract it has boxes for renewal "renewal with no changes and renewal with changes. I did not check either box. The sales representative said that the contract would not

automatically renew because I did not check the box to automatically renew.

On the second page, under terms and conditions is item ( 9. At the expiration of the initial or any renewal term, this contract shall renew for a term of one year, unless either party send to the other party a notice via email, at least 30 days

prior to 30 days before the expiration of the current term of their intent not to renew the contract.

I have no record of receiving any reminder of renewal reguirement before the expiration of the contract or until May 17th 2016 when they started harrassing me. A person from the Jewish Marketing Service called me 15 times in one day. I talked to "Sofia" who was their customer service person, who said she would get me someone who could rectify this misunderstanding or problem who turned out to be another collection person giving me the same spiel.

I called my attorney who is collecting names of other business owners who have been victims of this scam, and he is collecting contracts for filing a class action suit.

The first phone call I had the collection person asked me why I didn't renew, and she started giving me the 23rd degree.

Then I hung up on her and she started calling again until the end of the day at which time I had received 15 phone calls.

I can't believe that any reputable, or faith based organization would use these tactics. There certainly are many negative

attributes that are erronerously attached to people of the Jewish faith. This type of advertising does not help.

Need help getting out of this scam

To whom ever wrote this post,

I am a small business owner in Minnesota as well. I have been researching the Jewish marketing solutions reviews becuase I'm in the same situation as you and many other businesses. I feel I have been misled, dooped, and even taken advantage of. They say they are putting me in collections and I refuse to pay for a service that gave 0 leads. I've been lied to countless times and I need help. I see that you said your attorney is looking for others like us. I would like to help and put a stop to this scam that hurts ppl, their business, and theputs a hardship on families that can't afford it. Please contact me, my name is Ray Hart from Minneapolis MN.

Jewish Marketing Services called me after a ran a conference relevant to their market. Once in my office, they would not leave. They told me I "owed" their orthodox community the availability of my particular skills as a psychologist.

Falsely representing ( verbally) that I was entering into a 1 year costly contract, and promising repeatedly that benefits (in the form of dozens of patient referrals) would stampede through my door, I gambled. I am a helper by nature. I signed a contract with them. Disaster!

Not only did I receive no benefits at all for $3300, but they are now harrassing me incessantly, claiming I failed to read the fine print on the back of my contract and hence owe them an additional $3,300 because I did not follow their rules of opting out. They are thus requesting a total of $6600 for nothing of use to me. Not a single referral arrived!

This is a manipulative sleazy outfit. The pressure they are putting on me is abusive. They are predators, blackmailing me with my own trusting nature.

I have never regretted anything in my life more than falling for these high pressure tactics. Nor have I been this angry. Their new tactic is asking me to settle with them about this second year. Perhaps give them $1500 to leave me alone.

They are terrible people. Run for your life!

JMS SCAM ALERT!!!

We to have been scammed by Jewish Marketing Solutions.

came into our office in MN. Our rep was also "Kate". This was September of 2015.

"Kate" talked all about how they were looking for people in our line of work and they had clients looking for our services.

They explained that this was a 1 year payment. Never mentioned anything about an auto renewal. our form unfortunately did not have a checkbox for an annual renewal. Now they are calling and demanding that we pay for our services. We have received no services and no referrals that they mentioned. We told them we do not want any service from them and to cancel. They threaten us with collections and I am sure they will be calling every day like others have posted here. Has anyone actually received a call from a collection agency. I feel like they are just using scare tactics to convince us to pay. I would love to join in any lawsuit against this company.

A Jewish Marketing Solutions rep, Karin Leaman, came to my office in March of 2015 to sell me on joining their patient referral program. She stated that I would be the only dentist in my area and how great it would be to have the jewish community referring to me. She said she would offer me 16 months of service for the price of 12 months, which was $2,808.00. I decided to sign up hoping to benefit from many referrals.

As of June of 2015 I had no received a single referral from JMS. I contacted there office in New York (because of course I could not get a hold of the original sales rep) and explained that I still have not received a single referral. They promised they would tweet about me and move me to the top of the list on their google lising. As of July 2015 I still had not recieved a single patient.

I called them agian in July to express my unhappiness and that I wished to cancel my services and requested my money back because I found out I was not the only dentist in my area that had signed with JMS (as was promised me by the sales rep). They refused to return my money saying I did not cancel within 30 days of signing up with them. I was not happy that I could not get my money back but I made it abundantly clear I was not happy with their services and was not interested in doing anymore business with them.

I now have been contacted by them again saying I owe them money because my contract is automatically renewed and I had not given written notice for my cancellation. The account manager, Sofia, said she would renew my contract at the bargain price of $1500.00 and then I could have my service cancelled once I pay the money. I explained to her I had talked to them on many occations saying I did not want their services and not one time did they ever mention I needed to send them something in writing.

I believe JMS to be a complete fraud. To this day I still have not received a single patient.

I got a call from a man asking to meet with me. He was somewhat vague..I thought he might be a prospective patient. I met with him and he gave me a very pushy sales pitch. Promising loads of "full fee" patients. I caved in, thinking if I can get even one referral it'll be worth it. It's now 5 months and 3 of 4 payments later, and I haven't gotten a single call. I tried to cancel a couple of months ago and they said I can't.

I needed clients; so I was hopeful when I signed with Nelia Casin, Jewish Marketing Solution. I paid the $300.00 fee for one year and waited. I did not receive even one referral. Prior to renewal, I told Casin that I no longer wished to continuing advertising with them. Casim retorted that my one line ad was not expected to yield any result. (She did not share this insight with me at the time of signing.) I was adamant that I would not be continuing with them. She suggested that I review the terms and conditions on the back of the contract. I did: it states that cancellation should be by email; but no email address is given; and, even with my diligent search, I have been unable to locate the email address.

Meanwhile, even though, they told me I would be contacted by their attorney, day after day, they continue to harass me and my employees on the telephone, demanding that I pay them for additional years. It is clear to me that they have no intention of ever releasing me from ever having to pay them, even if I do not use their service; I will NEVER be able to cancel, without their email address. (I am not computer savvy.) They are a stain on my otherwise pristine organization.

Casin insisted that I pay by check only.

$3900 spent on "marketing" that acomplish noting. Thei said they had so many customers in Florida and made all these promises of client referrals. Not even one referal for whole year. Please stay away. I didn't know about that scam until today when I did read about them. I was tricked into the automatic renewal - while when I spoke with salesman a year ago we agreed to try for one year. I didnt want to sign contract for advertisement but he promissed that I will be happy and if he will show up after year for renewal I would want even bigger advertisemnt in the book. He never mentioned about automatic renewal. In the first page of contract non of the boxes: "Renewal with no changes" or "Renewal with changes" is checked. But they showed me now second page which is not signed by me or initialed and has point number 9 with terms and conditions that you have to cancel renewal 30 days before expiration. Nobody showed that page to me while I was signing the contract. Never before any advertisement company had automatic renewal. That is Ripoff. Now they are telling me that they will put this in collection agency unless I will pay for next year with 20% discount. I told them no thanks, please cancel it, because I don't want to spend money for something which doesn't work. They said you can't. you are locked to into contract. When you speek to themon the phone, they just keep repeating them self. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I think I rather spend the money for attorney then for them.

SCAM. This is clearly the word that describe this company. Please stay away. I have read several complaints all over the internet, and they all repeat the same story. $3000 spent on "marketing" that accomplishes nothing. Everyone has been tricked into the automatic renewal paying another year of expensive SPAM. This is an embarassment to the Jewish community. I don't know if they are Jewish but the fact is they target small Jewish businesses and steal their money in a. very aggressive and dishonest manner. When you speak to them on the phone, they sound like a robot. They just keep repeating themselves and offer no solutions. They are used to their customers being unsatisfied and angry and they have a prepared monologue and they tell youthat they have won every case against them. i do believe it's time for someone to shut these people down. It is the worst company I have ever done business with.

This company is a HUGE SCAM!!!! Do not do anything with them! Last year I met one of the best sales people I have ever met and I signed up. I never do that, but she was such a good sales person, I did. WORST decision I have ever made. Once they had my money, I never heard from them for about 3 months. Then I get an email with the worst artwork for an ad I have ever seen saying they are going to be printing that. I called right away piss that this was the first contact I have gotten since they took my money and wanted to cancel. They said it was past the cancellation period and they wouldn't. Going back and forth a bunch I was an idiot and gave in for a slight reduction in price.

I never got on call from anyone from this listing!!!! I keep track. Not one lead. EVER!

This year I get a call saying that they already printed the ad that I tried to cancel last year. No notice, no approval, no invoice, and where is money for the bill.

They have been calling me EVERY day multiple days bordering on harassment. And there contract apparently says it renews every year unless you cancel it. But they don't let you cancel it!!!!!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
