I placed an order on May 1, 2019 for 2 necklaces and 2 sets of earrings for my daughters. A week went by and it said it was still at usps so i contacted the company via instagram to let her know...a week later she responded stating she would look into it. 2 weeks went by and i still hadnt heard from anything, so i reached out again and asked for a refund because at this it had been a month. She said she didnt mind giving me a refunfund but she could remake my order that she "picked up" from usps. She said they opened it up so she had to replace it.
June 19th she said she shipped it out again. A week later i asked for a tracking number no response. I asked would i have to wait the standard shipping or would it come sooner She said i didnt have to wait. i asked again a few days later for a tracking number so id know if id be in town....no response!
After 52 days waiting on my order i asked for a refund..she stated she put in a request for it 2 days ago. Which was a lie because she didnt even have my card number or name!!! When i reached out again she was very rude and nasty like i was bothering her. When all i wanted was my childrens necklaces or my money back. I messgaged her again to see what was the holdup and said i would sue her for my money back....she told me very rudely "GO ASK USPS FOR A REFUND" and to sue her.
She laughed about the situation saying how much money she had by sending screenshots of her earnings....how she wanted me to sue her, and that i wasnt getting anything. She never once said i apologize for the inconvience or tried to accomidate me in any way. I wouldnt reccomend anybody do business with this comany with such poor customer skills.
