I was in search of an adapter for a speaker phone ATC 719068-01. The did not help me in locating this item. Because they were of no assistance to me I requested not to be charged as the were of no service to me. I was charged on 12/18/2017 in the amount of $23.00...Reference #2449215B1JHXD5NWF. This $23.00 should be refunded to my account.

I came across this service in a google search. It advertised $5 to ask a legal question and receive a reply from an attorney. I received 2 answers from 2 attorneys. Both answers were not legally sound and one had the grammatical syntax of a high school dropout. One of the supposed attorneys I was abl to research and discovered that she practices family law in Texas.
My question was a civil rights question but oh well. She was courteous and professional and I believe that she was legitimate just not in my state or area of law. 2 days later I received a $29 charge on my account from Jet Counsel. I called them and after a discussion with a very rude cuatmer service rep discovered that the company is not even US based. She was very hesitant to verify that. This service is a rip off and I recommend everyone steer clear of it.
This happened on December 19, 2017. Once on the Jetcounsel website, I was explained the procedure: They told me I would be charged $5.00 up front and a minimum of $23.00 after the problem was solved. Then they directed me to the name of an "expert." As soon as I clicked where indicated, the website disappeared and I was told that page could not be accessed. I tried again, and the same thing happened. Each time they asked me all kinds of information, including my credit card number. After the third try I gave up. When I checked my credit card, I saw they had charged me twice the initial $5.00 fee. I did not mind that as much as the fact that they also charged me $23.00 on December 21 as if I had benefited from their advice.
My eife went to WenMD and saw a ask the doctor thing and she was sent somewhere that we can identify, because when I tried follow the links it's now all goes to Amazon. She was chargec $5., which I thought was a good deal. No where did it say there would be a $30 charge, and find out today there was a $46 dollar charge. We have tried calling the phone number and got a taped message, which we left a message, and it said for faster service email to [email protected] and have not received no reply. Called the bank to dispute the charges and we had to cancel her card. I am wondering if this was a scam connecting WebMD and Jet counsel.
This company has charged me once for $5.00 to speak to an expert lawyer and get an answer to my question. They state that the first charge is to reserve an expert to answer your question then they charge again for $29.00 when your question has been answered. My question was never answered and I was charged both charges. They also state that if you are unsatisfied for any reason you can email them at [email protected] for a refund. I have emailed them 5 times with no reply from them and I have asked for a refund because I never received an answer from the expert they chose.

I was told for a $5.00 good faith jester they would put my in touch over the phone with a real lawyer, no one called or e-mailed me and the next day they not only took out the $5,00, but an additional $29.00. I have tried several times to call the phone number they gave and e-mail, but nothing! I want my money back, they ripped me off!
I needed legal help they said they could give me answers for 5 dollars once i put my credit card info in i was disconnected and then charged another 29 dollars the next day am.worried its gonna get worse i cannot call or cancel dont k n ow what to do
I went to the website to talk to a lawyer. I was charged 5$ to start and then 29$ after i talked to the lawyer . I never talked to anyone and they still charged me money. they said i could cancel at anytime and get my money back. I never heard from anyone and i sent 6 different e mails and they have no phone number to call

A friend of mine had a Facebook issue, she googled for a solution and she got their website.
They FIRST asked her what was my problem before, she explained her problem to them and then they asked her for her credit card information
She did it and she didn't get any solution.
My point is that they knew her problem and they should know how to solve it before asking her for money.
