My name is Eleni and on the 4th of october i placed an order with the number 2015100409480413 and paid 15$ more for express shipping to have it in 4-8 days! its been 9 days now and they didnt send me a shipping email with a tracking number of DHL so i contacted them on the 9th and they said to me that my order was processing still! they kept saying it was a delay because it was a national holiday in china which is true but only from the 1-7th of october! i contacted them the 9th and they kept saying that they will ship my order after 4 days! which was a lie as well! now they told me they would refund me but they havent yet!
