Jessica Rich is evil, money hungry and her shoes are cheap and from China. The sizes are all 2-3 sizes too small. She has a very nasty disposition and will never refund you. The reviews are all real on this site. I have to just take the loss because there’s nothing else I can do. I tried to explain to her customer service that the shoes can’t fit a child they are cut so small. The assistant was very dismissive and acted like she was doing me a favor after they have my money. Her clothes come from Ali Express and Amazon so her store credit is useless. She is a scammer and does not care about her reputation. She also deletes Insta comments. She thinks she’s Christian Louboutin and she is less than Payless.

Its so sad that people get an opportunity to do something good and then use it to screw people over. This has to be a felony, I am reporting her to all the media outlets.

My daughter ordered the clear shoes from Jessica Rich on March 8, 2018. The website states that it takes 4 weeks to produce. When the shoe was ordered, the confirmation was received; however, when we would try to check the status of the shoes, Jessica Rich's website would say that our order number or name or email was not found. This scared me because I knew then that the company had taken my money.
The store was contacted numerous times to no avail. I contacted my bank and the Better Business Bureau. After the Better Business Bureau contacted them, they eventually answered. (Coincidence right?) The store clerk claims that they were going to a new system and we wouldn't be able to view the status or order of the shoes. The order number was no where to be found. After six weeks, the shoes finally arrived at the store, but were not shipped out. When asked why? The clerk responded by saying, "the company was waiting on the "glass box" to ship them in. Please note that Six weeks had already passed. I asked the clerk to please ship them without the "glass box." When the shoes arrived, just by looking at them, we knew automatically that the shoes were too small. They look like a size five shoe when we ordered a size 40 European size, which is a size 10. My daughter couldn't even put her foot in the shoe. The shoe was mis-sized. We have purchased European size shoes before and a size 40 is a 10 in ladies US size. The shoes delivered to us was definitely a smaller sized shoe. We returned the shoes.

She said that she would only send out a size 42. We told her that a size 42 probably wouldn't fit because the 2 inches wouldn't make a difference in this style shoe. They LIEEEEEEEEE, they are a SCAMMMMMMM taking peoples money and not delivering what we have ordered. This is completely incorrect and unfair. Please don’t waste your time ordering from Jessica Rich she is a complete scam. In addition, something I find very interesting: They do not have anyone regular people modeling or showing of their shoes. Only a bunch of celebrities or popular pages on IG but if you closely search for it, you will not see a regular person like us wearing nor promoting their shoes! We are paying the money but they are not delivering. This is frustrating and truly unfair! I recommend we all unite and write really bad reviews on her IG page but believe me "they will shortly delete the message" they don’t want other people knowing the TRUTH ABOUT THIS SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Here we are in April 18,2018 and I still haven't received my product it hasn't even been shipped yet. I purchased the shoes thinking that I will receive the shoes a lot sooner within the same month. On the website it says after order is processed your order will ship within 3-5 business days. My payment was processed the very next day $213.54. I called during the business hours which is 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on March 20,2018 to see if I will receive a confirmation email for shipment but no answer.
I got a call back later on that same day and the lady told me my item will ship on April 5, 2018 and that I will receive e-mail confirmation. I told her that her website says 3-5 business days after processed payment. So you take my money the next day but now I can't get it till sometime next month. She said something about the factory has to get everything done. So I told her the shoe hasn't left the factory yet. I then asked the lady why are u selling items that you don't have in stock? You need to go back on the website and put sold out until u have them available for people to purchase.
It will be less stress on the employee and less stress on the customers. A couple $100's of dollars may not be a lot to you but it is a lot of money to the customers who are purchasing these products from your company. Its a guessing game because the owner is giving out wrong shipping dates and the owner/employee are very rude and unprofessional. I asked for my money back she said " Nope we don't do Refunds" the way she said that was very rude and unacceptable.I told her on her website it didn't say that.

This business doesn't care about the customers they just want to take everyone's money. You process the payment right away for items that you don't have available. This was when I decided to contact them to check the status of my order (it was never being updated online). Over the course of 5 days and 7 different forms of communication, I understandably grew frustrated and left a voicemail asking to cancel the order and be refunded. Finally, I now get a call back! The woman, I presume the owner, was completely unprofessional. Beyond the way she spoke to a customer she had treated poorly, she berated me with back to back emails to prove she had done nothing wrong. She now claims the dress is out of stock (yet took my money the first day and never told me it wasn't available). Then proceeds to leave a voicemail saying if I don't want the same dress in a different color that I could apply the money to something else, but not get my money back. They basically took my money for an item that was never in stock and won't refund me. Then, she proceeds to lie and claim she sent an email last week to tell me it was out of stock, only to find she doctored it to pretend it was intended for me, and never changed the date at the top from February to May. She then sends an email claiming the dress should have been shipped June 1st, but as of today the status on the website was still processing. After I catch her on all her lies, she miraculously has the dress in stock and could send it out today. If I hadn't taken initiative and been proactive, this company would still have my money and I would still be wondering where my clothes were. They we're making no effort to contact me whatsoever, let alone call me back. She was rude, not holding herself or company accountable for their lack of actions/customer service, and then harassed over numerous emails. Buyers beware!!!
Bought a dress that I seen on their instagram account of Khloe Kardashian. Received a polyester piece of fabric that fits like a garbage can.
I did not research the brand prior. But I can see that they only sell knock offs from other designers. Not even good ones at that!
I will be disputing this with my credit card company and contacting the Better Business Bureau as well.
Instagram has become a forum for thieves like this "Jessica Rich" to take advantage of our hard earned dollars and falsely adverstising goods. Deceptive and wrong.
I font this boutique on Instagram. Stuff looked ok with a decent price. I received my dress had make up stains on it ... Looked used and to make matters worse when I searched for the same dress I found out its not even original designer but a knock off! I contacted House of Cb about the dress condition and they said this is a scam company that steals their designs and pictures ...
Funny thing is the owner remarks on the store claim to design these pieces and even have a trademark warning ... What a crock of BS! Stay away! Better to spend the $25 extra and get the original piece. Not to mention they have a no returns policy !

This site is a complete fraud ! they rip off a few designers. Don't allow you to get a refund when you discover the items are replicas!
They knock off a few designers house of cb, abyss by abby, love nookie & balmain. Scam artist passing their goods off as they original designs!
