I lived at 9522 108 a Ave for 6 years. It was the worst place and the worst landlord ever. When I moved in to the house it was infested with bed bugs which she was aware of but didn't tell me and my brother and boy friend. We had them for almost two years. Then there was all of the repairs. The bathroom had to be gutter so she left us without a bathroom for a month. The house was not up to code. She had so many deficiencies she had to lie and say they were done. There is a illegal rental unit downstairs. It is classified as a mother in law suite with the city of Edmonton Edmonton but she is leasing it out as a separate unit when its suppose to be rented as a whole house because it is illegal.
We went to the queen bench and she was to allow us to get out belongings that day but I was late and tried to get a hold of her but she wouldn't answer the phone then at 7 she finally did and told me she left and wasn't going back so I was Sol. She wouldn't reschedule and the next day told me the court order was only for yesterday. She's gone through my personal things and took stuff like my fathers ashes and all the baby things he had kept his whole life that I gave him. As well she took all my furniture and my jewelery and all my clothes. My dogs brushes and my service dogs certificate and the list goes on I saw my little fridge that I own out side of the house and she has thrown out my things.
I even heard she got connections with big time real estate fraud bosses. As well I heard she is a ridalin Addict now this is just what I heard not sure if it is true or not. But in my opinion I wouldn't give it a second thought that is wasn't true.
Don't rent or conduct business with this crule heartless woman who will act kind then stab you where it hurts.
