BEWARE OF JES BLACK, who also goes by the name Jason Black. Jes Black through his company, Ranger Funds LLC along with his former partner Raj Mahadevan duped and stoled a lot of money from innocent victims. They attempted to defraud investors of over $10,000,000. They claimed they paid $1,380,000 for the land in Panama, when records show they only paid $350,000. Phony blueprints were provided in the marketing collateral. Raj also submitted phony appraisal reports claiming the land is now worth $10,000,000. Jes Black is a liar. He claims he had nothing to do with Raj’s deal and Raj says the same thing about Jes, that he had nothing to do with Ranger Panama. A private investigator was hired and everything Raj and Jes said was a big fat lie. Here’s a link to the investigator’s findings:
If you ask Jes about this posting, he will claim that we are trying to extort money from him and his brother. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. We want to prevent others from becoming victims in their fraudulent investment scheme.
Jes Black was apparently involved in some Forex scam. This guy just can’t stay out of trouble. Here’s link to complaint filed by the National Futures Association:
