Owner is aggressive and not understanding. I got to the store at around 12:30 pm to pick up an online order I entered at 11:30 am for a regular BLT and chips. The order was not ready and there were 3 people in front of me. The owner said the order was not received on their system from the app. I got a confirmation from the app and the order was paid for.
First, I politely asked where my order was and the owner asked me to wait. I waited but then I admittedly got angry when the owner told me the order was not there. He yelled at me after I reiterated that I ordered an hour ago and then he asked me to wait. He worked on other people who ordered after me in person and made me wait despite me placing the order an hour ago.
When it was my turn to get served, I was still angry and asked for my food. When he said he did not have the order despite my showing of the mobile app payment, the owner and a patron at the store became rude to me. The patron said I had to respect the store owner because he owned the store. At this point, I said I will wait for a refund as I paid for this order. The owner got testy and threatened to throw me out of the store and to call the cops on me. I left without food or a refund. Never going back to Jersey Mike's.
7:32 PM at night and 1 1/2 hour to closing! Floors mopped so bad that I almost slipped on wet floor. No sighns advising of wet floors, No toilet paper in mens restroom. Both rolls were out. On the way to restroom there was a plastic cover 1/4 inch tall on floor cover up a think a serer claen out in the walk way . The cover is a trip a hazzard .
Ordered missing meat on subs and loaded with so much oil that it leaked out on the way home and the bags ripped apart from the oil. Contact corp and then said it was a private owned store. The corp. would not take any position as to there name. The floor is a health issue and the owner nor the Jesey Mikes is wanting to do anything about because it is going to cost money. If it would have been done corect the firts time I would not be writting this report.
They treat their workers like slaves the floors of the cooking area are extremely dirty they let go of workers because they do a poor job this place should be shut down immediately the discriminate against employees who are d they treat their employees like slaves and the sandwiches get messed up often for customers orders
