This man Jerry Campbell presented me with a contract to sublease a venue from him for an event that was to take place May 2015. Event was cancelled and to this day I have not gotten my deposit of $5500 back. He has been very dismissive about the refund and arrogant. He has now changed his number. He does not respond to my emails or FB messages. Prior to changing his number, he claimed to have cancer and dealing with chemo. I tried to be understanding and give him his space but when I realized months later and he is not responding or addressing my refund, I had no choice but to persue the refund.
