I caution anyone to even buy a lamp from Jerome's!! I, unfortunately, bought thousand of dollars of furniture an as an Exec. initially was going to recommend Jerome's for my company as we do a lot of relocation packages for new employees and corporate apartments.

One of my biggest purchases was an adjustable king bed set with all the features. I needed this even more so for a surgery I had to have in June. the bed stopped working after 1 month!!!

I called and they said someone would come out as soon as the part came in. No one called me! I have had to call them every time over the last 8 months! They sent the part to me directly one time and I had to call them because no one said it would come to my house. They then said they NEEDED A PICTURE FROM ME OF THEIR PART to make sure it was right?????!!! Over the months, they came out 2x in the beginning and both Jerome's employees within minutes said the part, the part they ordered was wrong! That was it- nothing else!! I am now beyond any patience left to get this resolved.

I reach out to them every other week and same story that means nothing. I am going to post complaints everywhere I can and let anyone I know not to choose this company!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL RESOLVE ANY ISSUES- THEY WON'T!!!

STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE HOPING YOUR PURCHASE AND YOU AS A CUSTOMER MEANS ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY. AS SOON AS THEY HAND YOU THE RECEIPT, YOU ARE FORGOTTEN!!

The experience in store for us was decent. The gentleman helping us was nice.. The problem we have is that we spent 1300 on the "Julian" couches with a warranty. There is 4 separate cushions. One of the cushions was ripped so we called to have it replaced under warranty. The replacement piece is the further problem. I am confident that this piece they brought was a refurbished or a backup type of piece because as soon as we got it we were all complaining to each other that the replacement piece hurt to sit on...and only that piece. As time went on I noticed the springs were all broke inside which is why it hurts sit on. My legs go numb when I sit on that piece. My wife called to see if they will replace the same cushion because it was a bad piece and they told us once they replace a cushion they will no longer honor the warranty for that piece. So we paid an extra 150 to get a bad cushion which they are saying oh well to us for.

Great warranty and quality of products at Jerome's... Not!! Don't buy this set if you want comfortability. The springs break, the cushion is 100 percent useless and now we don't have a warranty for it that we paid 150 for... Sad. I wish I could post pictures... It's funny that most of the good reviews are from people who just bought... They haven't had time for them to fall apart yet or had to deal with the fake warranty offered... Give it a month b4 reviewing.
