Beware of Jennifer Judice! Rude, unprofessional and discriminated against a prospective renter that was approved by the Association. She did not like that someone else found a good renter and they were quickly approved when the requirements were followed. We have the rude and unprofessional emails. She did not want to follow rules/laws and the application process. She gave the wrong information to the prospective renter (more than one prospect) and caused many problems and delayed the process. Then when I kindly addressed these issues, she was abrupt and raised her voice on the phone. No class and really should not be in this business!
I contacted Keller Williams regarding a property I saw listed. I was connected to an agent I really liked but her schedule was full on the day I was in town. So I was passed on to Jennifer Judice. Jennifer was loud, aggressive and could not answer normal real-estate questions about the property and the area. She had no experience to speak of. And to top it off, she was very rude with me when I told her that I needed to work with an agent with proper knowledge. I know Keller Williams is a great company so not sure why they hired this unprofessional agent.
