Not an honest lender, be careful/to rate this individual even one star is too much
I am in the process of doing a loan with Jeffrey and I have found him not to be someone that I would recommend doing business with. The promises and the lies have been in abundance. I specifies several times that I wanted to know what the exact fees would be for this loan, I did not want this parade of begging for fees for everything and anything he could come up with, which is what he has done. It has truly been a headache working with him. I received so many copies of documents to prove tome that he was an honest person and had done loans with others, but I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of those. Now I am even more so skeptical. He finishes processing the loan and now it seems that he wants me to pay a $200 fee for closing cost. I have already paid $963. I wanted to borrow $22,500. I thought I would try a small loan for business purposes first to see if he was or would be honest to work with. Yesterday I was expecting a deposit to be made and he tells me that there was a technical problem with the bank. I have no idea what that was about. Also asked if I had a credit card, did not bother telling me why he wanted to know. Now I guess he might have been anticipating on asking me to pay that $200. I have been scammed by two other liars also. I am tied of this it makes no sense that there are so many of these thieves and liars out conning money out of people who are just trying to make a life for themselves.
I am glad I did a more deep research on this lender. He has posted himself in Connected Investors, Alignable and other business networks and already has a complaints against him. He has a website that doesn't work, no good lender will do that (hard to see his credentials). 5 SIGNS of FRAUD LENDERS are: 1. Asks for upfront money for all kinds of excuses (to insure the loan, etc). 2. Promises a Guaranteed loan (no lender can guarantee a loan) 3. Hides his name, phone, uses fake emails or phones, so he can not be searched. Avoids using banks, asks to print checks on your name, so you can deposit them to your own bank to transfer your fees 4. Sometimes NO registered company (you want to send me thousands of dollars but didn't register a business?). Often doesn't even know very well the lending rules/regulations 5. Keeps asking for more money after you send the requested fee.
