I purchased 4 Elite Video / Audio Packages from Jeffrey Gignac on 12/1/13 (Super Mind Science). I can't access the products. I can't access my password: jeffreygignac.com/forgot-password/ Jeffrey took my money and now I can't access any of the products that I purchased. Ironically, Jeffrey set up another website: passivebrainfitness.com/flow/life-response-frequencies-4th-edition-sale to take more of peoples money (over $57) and then shut it down as well.
I have the same problem. I have purchase Meditation in Minutes in January 2019. I got an access to Level 1 and Level 2. When I tried to get Level 3 there was no access. My numerous requests for help remained unanswered. I do not know how to contact them besides sending tickets for support that remain unanswered.

As for the other person reporting an issue, I don't have a way to look up your account because I don't have your name but if you contact at our new support desk, we will help you or even refund you at let you keep the program to make up for the issues.
The same goes for you Bogdan. If you would like a refund, just say the word and it will be done. We never like to hear that people have a difficult time and we are partly responsible for using an untested support desk solution that did not work as it should have.

I am now almost end level 4, but do not have the slightest idea, if I do everything as well as it shoud, in order to get the best result.
