I was referred to a physical therapist in Waurika at the Jefferson County Hospital after a car accident. When I arrived for my appointment I was told I needed to complete a questionnaire form and wait. After I completed a questionnaire form, I informed the woman at the front desk that I have insurance and it should pay for my sessions. The woman at the front desk told me that she meaning the physical therapist, might not accept my insurance, you'll have to ask her.
I sat and waited for about 45 minutes and I asked the woman at the desk how much longer it would be before I see the physical therapist. She said, she'll get to you when she's ready! When the physical therapist finally called my name, I walked in her room and she asked me more questions about my job, lifestyle, what I enjoy doing for fun etc. She then dropped a pen on the floor and used profanity before she picked it up.
When she spoke to me every other word was a cuss word. She acted like she didn't care that she was swearing, or that she even noticed she was using those words. It was disgusting, rude, offensive, and unappealing to say the least! She then asked me where I felt pain and what my pain level is on a scale from 1 to 10. I told her it's about a 5 or 6. She told me we would need a few sessions to help my back heal. She told me about some exercises we would be doing and asked me if I had a problem with those kind of exercises. I told her I don't.
She then proceeded to text someone on her phone and she continued texting for about 5 minutes. I asked if we could please get on with the session and she said she was texting a patient like I should've known she was texting a patient and should've kept my mouth shut! I went to her for a few more sessions and found out that I had to pay for the sessions because she or the hospital didn't accept my insurance!
This was a waste of time and money! She's not a very nice person, has a foul mouth like a truck driver, and she tends to think her time is more important than my time! Don't waste your time with this physical therapist!
I called Dr. Clark a few days ago, and asked him to come out and vaccinate my dog. When he came out my dog was being a little hyper. He normally is like that around strangers. When he bent down to vaccinate him, he started to run away. Dr. Clark got upset and ran after him. When he caught him, He held him down and tried to give him a shot. He growled at him and Dr Clark punched him in the face. I yelled at him to stop, and he yelled at the dog while looking at me and said "You know what you're problem is? You're spoilt rotten!" I yelled again and said please stop. He angrily said "You need to go in the other room and let me do my job!" After he vaccinated him, he told me not to call him again about that dog. This in my opinion was totally un-professional and this guy has no business being a vet with his anger managment issues.
