Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC. Reviews
Jefferson capital collections should be shut down and closed up. They are committing fraud and reporting my accounts as new accounts and different information. I have asked for them to delete them and they refused to do so. I have called them and they are harrassing and rude and i even reported them to the fcra and the bbb but these crooks will do anything to keep committing fraud.
They are evil to the core and they will flag your account and create new accounts using existing older accounts. Don't trust equifax or transunion or experian as they have been notified and they are all in this together. It is time that the us goverment and we the people need to stand up and protest this. They are commited many errors and it is not right as we have no say so to what and how they do people. Laws need to be changed and this company needs to be fined and stopped!
I have contacted the white house to seek awareness of this situation as well! i am hoping that the scamion will and can make this aware and i will keep exposing this company as they continue to do what they want to do at my expense!

I signed a contract with verizon in 2004. Paid it off in 2005. THe employee for verizon did not put it in the system as being paid in full. It was sold to Jefferson capital. I disputed the dept because it is 2019 and the contract was signed in 2004. I paid it off for a second time because i am trying to get a home loan.
They added it back to my credit report as still under dispute. It is paid in full. I called them back and they told me it is closed and if i continue to call it will get much worst for me and never come off. I ask to speak to a manager they refused. I called back and they stuck it on my credit report as not being paid and still under dispute.
This scumbag company added a collection account from Verizon to my US credit report on November 2017. Except I haven’t lived in the US for four years and, when I was there, was on T-Mobile. Oops. It’s only $73. I suspect the scam is to fabricate small accounts then collect on them. I wont even bother contacting them: instead will write to my state AG. For anybody else I’d recommending suing them under the FDCPA if they try this stunt.
The total amonut is for $13.975. It says the account was open 08/4/2015. The original crediter is listed as drivetime. I never signed for this loan, it does not belong to me.
I settled with this company on a past due Verizon bill. I was hoping to start rebuilding my credit. This company however continues to report that I owe the full amount of the bill. We settled for a lesser amount. They sent a letter stating I could settle for about 70% of the bill. I paid, and it continually to show on my credit report.
