Jeff Bodine stated in a Proof of Service of Summons in 2013 that he personally served my wife an Unlawful Detainer at an address that she had not lived at in 23 years at the time of service. Because of this, my wife was uninformed about the proceeding against her and could not defend her self in court. This resulted in a Declaration for Default Judgement by Court. This has further result in a Involuntary Lien being filed against my wife for damages in 2017 that was the first that she had any knowledge of this judgement.
