I ordered Matbo Matrix used it two months. I decided to stop shipments. So I sent the month of August a letter to the sender. But in September they sent another shipment to me. So I wrote refused on the outside of the package. That shipment cost me $59.95. I thought " ok" it will stop coming to me. But no! Got a October shipment. So I Googled to find phone number. Found out I will not get a refund for the shipment I sent back, because I didn't have return number. So I am out $59.95. I am sending back Oct. shipment with return number on it. But will get only 50% back. This is so wrong here. I think everyone needs to know NOT to buy this product.
