i won a trip from the radio station. So I paid $399 for Orlando, Las Vegas and Bahamas. One year later I discovered that it was expired and I paid another $150 to keep it valid so after finally I decided to go to my trip they told me its too late I need to buy the package again and they have a really good deals now. WTF??!! I already spent $550 why should I buy it again. Scambagers making money from people who trust them
I won a trip from the radio station for a 5/day 4/night stay in florida which was good for a family of four and they also threw in a 3/day 2/night stay in another city, you could choose from 7 different places; when you call they are so nice and helpful but this is part of the scam; they take your deposit which is usually $300> and then they send you about 7 terms and conditions! You dont get the info from your package until you are ready to book it. I called to try and book my package 9 months later and when my trip was confirmed Ireceived a whole different list of terms and conditions which led me to not qualify! I called in, and the customer service rep was so tude!! So i asked for a manager, his name was luis he was nice and he made it clear there was no refunds and stated I had 30 days from when I booked the trip, but what I had informed him was if I had received those same terms and conditions I would have cancelled immediately! So he fed me a lie about extending my trip and adding all these other features and I have not received a email from him!! Can somebody please tell me how I can get my money back!!! And please dont book with them!!!
I am wriiting in regards to my experience with JD Reservations. I purchased this what I thought was GREAT pkg backin May 2015 - I was sold a dream! After talking with several people and I can say every time I called in I have been misinformed/mislead of something! I am VERY upset and feel fully taken advantage of. As, soon as I workout 1 issue with this promotion I find another hidden lie and I'm just OVERALL fed up!!!
After making my reservations for the 2nd part of my trip to Cancun I'm learning ALL these new (hidden) things I wasn't initially informed of. Such as:
1. A major credit card in the name of the qualifying person(s). NO DEBIT CARD, CHECK CARDS OR CORPORATE CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED - NO EXCEPTIONS!
2.Cohabitating couples must both be legally single. Must present government issued matching photo identification with matching addresses and both must be between the ages of 30 – 70 years old
3. This package can not be used to stay at the resort during the same or similar dates as any family or friends, whether the friends or family are on a promotional package or on a regular reservation. The exception is only for promotional package purchasers who are staying at the resort during similar dates as family or friends who are Villa Group owners
Just to name a few....
This is ridiculous! and really needs to be looked into...
Then to top it off I have reservations set for Nov 6 (that I booked on Oct 1st) I called today(10/14) to check the status of my resevations since I never rcvd confirmation - only to be told I wasn't accommadated with a 2 bedroom as promised, when I ask to speak with a supervisor (which is whom I was promised by) I was told all supervisors are on break and when they return they all will be going to a meeting. Which I just couldn't believe that there is NO-1 one available to take a call from an upset guest. I asked if I can hold thinking maybe the rep will have some sort of compassion but nope I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes w/o her coming back to the phone once!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I work in customer service and take close to over 200 calls a day there is no-way I would put a guest on hold for that long w/o following up with them, that is called Gross Customer Abuse and MY JOB will walk you out the door.... At the end of the day out Customers are always 1st!! I have just been all over the place with this "Dream Vacation"!
I will never puchased such pkg again from JD Reservations and wish I would have did my research first before purchasing!
The reps are rude, they place you on hold for long periods of time, they talk over you, they are non-apologetic the list can go on and on!!!

JD Reservations is a FRAUD. Stay away from them
I purchased a tour package worth $279.99 from jdreservations.com which included a 3 night stay in a hotel and 2
Disney Magic kingdom tickets for 1 day. The condition was that we have to attend their 90 minute presentation.
But when we reached at the hotel they charged me 19$ extra every night. The next day when I went to their office(Vacation
Village Parkway, 2901 Parkway Blvd, kissimmee, FL 34747) to attend their presentation, they asked me and my wife
whether we can speak English fluently. I could speak English fluently but my wife cannot speak English very
fluently, but she can understand and speak English quite okay. So they called some one over the phone sitting elsewhere whom they
claimed to be a JDReservations agent. The JDReservations agent told me that because my wife cannot speak English
very fluently so we don't qualify for the presentation and hence will not get the Magic Kingdom tickets. Believe me,
They never mentioned me that having the capability of speaking English fluently is mandatory when they took the
money from me when I purchased the ticket. At that time they behaved very good and when they were to give me the
tickets they showed their true color. I asked them why did they not tell me this when I purchased the tickets. They
said that they assume that who ever is staying in USA knows English fluently thats why they assumed that my wife
can speak English fluently.I asked her that can she send me a reply email stating that "because my wife cannot
speak English fluently so they are not giving the tickets". Then she said that she will not do that. I am very much
sure that she must have thought that if I had her reply email then I will have a proof that whatever reason/excuse
she is showing is completely baseless and that was not in the contract signed by me and I could have lodged a
complaint. I was very much embarrassed and insulted by them . They were very rude in their behavior. I would
suggest everyone that please don't buy anything from them. They are fraud. They will cheat you and take away your
hard earned money. Never never buy any package tour from them.
