An absolute nightmare to work with. Spoke with them about a countertop and got a verbal quote at $1,150 for slab, cutouts, install and backsplash. Came back 2 days later to sign the contract and was told it would be $1,390. Went back 5 days later (to get the same employee who quoted 1,150) and ended up with a contract for $1,200. Realized the next day I'd like my install date moved 3 days later. Called twice, emailed twice, showed up at the Seattle showroom during business hours twice. Never got ahold of them. I figured they'ed just taken my money and run. Then they show up on the original install day with the wrong slab. Then they show up the next day with the right slab but want me to pay a reinstall fee ($300) because they had to come twice.
In short: uncommunicative, will try to double charge you, rude in person, a nightmare. I would strongly recommending going anywhere else, even if it sounds like you'll have to pay more. Currently considering taking them to small claims court for breach of contract. STAY AWAY.
