My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot in May of 2020 and were instructed to utilize JBC management Company for our installation and delivery. We subsequently had a leak into our kitchen cabinet and floor for almost a week after their installers damage occurred. Tried to work with their claims department named Sedgewick and they denied our initial claim as well as an appeal. The entire process was not even addressed and our dishwasher ended up being three times the cost. Home Depot did not want to claim any responsibility and were not helpful at all.
