I discovered Jason Louck's offer on Facebook to teach others how he made a fortune in real estate through his free CD (just pay for the shipping) where he will "spill the beans (or grill one of my experts to get them to spill the beans for you) on stuff 95% of people in their field don't even know! This will accelerate your learning and get you to ignore most of the shady advice being 'kicked around' on forums and $27 ebooks"
I did received the CD and listened to it. The secret sauce he is teaching everyone is to get any rich "investors" to fund your real estate transactions and split the profit for your work. The audio recording is mainly of Jason trying to convince listener of just how successful in real estate investing.
I only wanted the CD, which I did not find all that useful, but I paid for the just under $5 charge on my credit card. What pissed me off is his "Bonus #4: Free Trial Membership to my "Millionaire of the Month" Newsletter", which I never asked for or authorized.
In fact I never even received the newsletter since I moved shortly after receiving and listening to his CD.
I contacted my credit card company to refute the charge only to be sent a letter a few weeks later with a copy of what I think is his newsletter, stating that I was offered free 30 day trial membership to his "Millionaire of the Month" newsletter andf CD of the Month Club. I have received neither. On the same xerox copy of what he is offering is a claim that "You must be completely satisfied. If not, I want you to cancel your membership. Value: $39.97"
Don't get scammed by this con artist. His advice is exactly the shady advice being 'kicked around' the Internet and $27 ebooks (he probably sold those too) that he warned people about.
Don't even waste $5 on the CD. Completely waste of time, unless you enjoy listening to someone trying to convince you just how great he is for 20 minutes.
