My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Jason Russell. He has the most unprofessional staff (Dawn), we were just left a nasty voice message from Dawn that is just unbelievable. Dawn also calls my wife in a threatening manner and tells my wife she better not come up to their office, she is no longer wanted as a patient, I personally think Dawn is a mental case. I cannot believe Dr. Russell allows his staff members to speak with their customers like this. We have spent $5,000 for my wife's Invisalign braces and they are still not done properly after 3 years. We have left several messages for Dr. Russell to return our calls but he does not return any phone calls, instead he allows his staff member Dawn return them and talk to patients in nasty and hateful rude manner a person can speak, again, we have this recorded on our cell phone as proof. We were told to go to another dentist and they did not want our business. I guess after Dr. Jason Russell rips you off of $5,000 and gets your money he no longer wants to deal with you so he passes you off to Dawn and she talks to you like a piece of dirt. He was so nice in the beginning and I guess once he gets all your money you get to see a different side. I would caution anyone to become a patient or do business with Dr. Jason Russell in Louisville, KY.
