Jase Gonzalez contacted our company on Ebay. He introdused himself as a Fireman. He was interested in a Brand new product we offer. The Feniex Fusion 2X Dash Light. It is used in Energency vehicles to clear traffic while responding to an Emergency. We allow our customers to fully customize their equipment as far as what color leds & optic. So he ordered an unusual configuration of this Dash Light. We did not have it in stock that day so a few days went by but we had not shipped it out yet. We informed him of the delay at which time he began to send us threats of filing a claim and leaving us negative feedback. On Ebay either of these can be a fatal blow to a business.
He sent a message that said he wanted a refund and to cancel the order about 2 days before he knew this product was to ship. Our owner being the honest Customer Service oriented man(First Responder as well) authorized and issued the refund although he knew the likelyhood of being able to sell the Dash Light to another customer was not very good due to the configuration in which Jasen Gonzalez required. Needless to say our shop shipped this Dash Light($169.99+shipping cost) to Mr. Gonzalez. Long story short he never sent back the item in which he received a refund. He was contacted many times by our shop and owner. He refuses to return our equipment and refference all he had been through over this order.
Very childish behavior. An embarassment to the Firefighting Community. If he was a fireman in our department our chief would have fired him on the spot. Firefighters are Honest, Brave Hero's. Not Childish Thieves. Beware of this individual. I do not recommend doing business with him. Can anyone explain how we could go about prosecuting him for this theft? Can our owner file a small claims case against him although this was an internet theft? Please help. We really just want to expose this person for the criminal he is. We are a small Family/First Responder owned & operated company. We are so disappointed if he is really employed as a fireman. We believe a thief has no business working as a first responder.
