Currently being sought is Ms. Jartiah Muhadi, Indonesia national, presumed residing in Palm Beach County, Florida. Ms. Jartiah Muhadi has been in hiding since Sept. 10, 2010 when she was evicted from a property in Loxahatchee, FL. At that time she absconded with considerable quantity of Asian antiques and personal property belonging to the writer, as well as leaving behind an unpaid debt of $9,300 which now exceeds $15,000 due to accumulating collection expenses.
In the above cited case a judgment has been awarded to the plaintiff (this writer) in the amount of $67,800, subject to further additional legal expenses. Presently under way is a deposition of persons of interest who thus far have not cooperated in disclosing the whereabouts of the defendant, Jartiah Muhadi. The latter is presumed to still be living in the Palm Beach County area, while staying off grid and otherwise hiding her identity, which has allegedly been supported by some of her acquaintances.
Among various facts known about the defendant is that she had formerly operated a wood working business in Central Java, Indonesia under the name of PT Narindra Pramudita, a design business in USA under the name of Jartiah Design, LLC and various Asian antique businesses. Most of these businesses are now presumed to be defunct given Jartiah Muhadi’s current avoidance of her legal obligations. Her last known address was in Port St. Lucie. However, it is assumed that she now resides in the vicinity of Palm Beach Gardens.
