I ordered a free trial of Revive Derma from the Jang Health Group. I then cancelled any future deliveries by their customer support email. They sent the product anyway.I called them at the number onthe packing label 844-517-7317."Jane" answered the phone, and said the best she could do was lower the price to $47.00 instead of $92.93. She has a thick foreign accent, it took me a long time to understand her, and the noise in their call center was unbearable! When I asked her to get a Supervisor on the phone, she claimed she could not hear me and she hung up.

When I immediately called back, I spoke to "Vanessa" who started the same routine as Jane had done. I kept asking for a supervisor, and in desperation I told her I was notifying the Attorney General of NY. After a few seconds off the phone, she came back, and promised a refund to my account in 2-3 days. If I do not get my refund Mr. Attorney General...here I come!

Please tell everyone you know to beware of so called "free trial offers" Once they have your credit card, you have a real headache trying to recoup your money. Here's their address:

I stupidly saw an ad reported by Dr. Oz and I signed up for a free trial for a skin care product. I called to cancel after I was sent 2 extra products that I Did not order. They charged me almost $100 for the 2 extra products that I never ordered.

Then on the phone they did not listen to me (reading a script), kept offering a discount, and lied about already charging $90 for next months order.

I finally had to hang up as I could not understand her, or get a word in edgewise. I am 51 and know better but my bank will take care of these fradulent people! Stay Away!

Revive Derma Snake Venom

I ordered this product as a free trial. A couple of weeks later I received another bottle and a $90 charge to my credit card. I called a spoke to a representative and told her I did not even use the 1 st bottle and could not afford the price of the item. They told me they could put a hold on the product and gave me a date to call back. Another bottle arrived and another $90 charge. I called again and they still would not let me cancel my orders. Put item on hold again and gave me another date to call which is this week. I tried to call today July 8th and the number is no longer in service. What am I to do now?

Jang Health Group Ripoff

Like many people who have reported above, my experience was similar. I purchased 2 products 1 time only but I began receiving automatic shipments monthly. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company but I ended up having to cancel my card. I spent a very frustrating 20 min. on the phone with a woman that would not listen and who just kept telling me I wasn't using their product correctly and to keep taking it. I asked for a supervisor and she just went into her prepared formatted speech. This company is crooked. I should have realized it from the beginning. I accidentally clicked on a banner ad that appeared to be Adele endorsing their product but I'm sure that was all a hoax as well. I realized after ordering I didn't even understand who the company was that I had ordered from. If you're looking for Forskolin, there are positive reviews and comparisons. Don't buy it from Jang health group. Signed CASucker.

This was a one time deal and if I wanted more I could pursue that option. However,I decided to not pursue anymore of the product. My husband called them and cancelled the product. They said no problem. We have since received 3 more bottles of this product and my husband has called them time and time again cancelling this and they are NOT taking us off the account. They said they will put me in a block and that could take time to remove me fully. My husband told them if they don't stop charging us and sending us this product we will get a lawyer and pursue this legally. They said they would send me an email confirmation of my request to cancel receiving this product.I am still looking and waiting for this email. That was almost 3 weeks ago!!

I agreed to a one month supply to try Caraluma and I did not contract or sign up to receive anymore of this product. They did ship it the next month and my husband did ok that charge. We still did NOT sign up or agree to keep receiving the product. We did call and cancel the product about a week after the second shipment came.We received another charge and another month of the product we cancelled. We thought the problem was resolved until we received another shipment in the mail.My husband called them and demanded them to stop charging us and sending us this product. After a lengthly and trying time on the phone my husband had to literally yell at the person taking his call and demand them to stop sending us and charging us for this product. They said they would put us on a block and that I would receive an email comfirming my not wanting this product any further. That was almost three weeks ago and I have not received any email from them yet. These people are ruthless and do not stop!!!

Do not waist your time or money! i tried the product with no signs of success. I spoke with representative to cancel after a second shipment was made because terms and conditions were clearly in fine print. A representative with a heavy accent would not take no for an answer. I asked several times to cancel and asked for no more product to be shipped but they were insistent on shipping me more "free of charge". Then asked to speak to a supervisor but she hung up on me. I called a day later and asked again for a supervisor because i couldn't understand her and didn't want to waste more time then already prior. She would not. So, i spent more time trying to be clear that i wanted the account canceled. It was finally canceled after 30 minutes on the phone but she would not reimburse me until i threatened to report the company to a fraud service. She finally assured me that i would receive confirmation of reimbursement. Crossing my fingers...

In attempting to return products no longer wanted or needed, this skin care product company will pitch you a "trial period" needed in order for the product to work well on you. Then they tell you that you need to DOUBLE your skin care regimen in order for it to effectively use. Well, that means they're gonna charge you about $90 a product where the product line contains about 4 different products. After going back & forth trying to stop the marketing propaganda in order to get to the bottom line, company would only refund you 35% of what you PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS. Well, that turned out to be about $32.00 for two products, just mere "drops in the bucket" of the regularly priced products!!! I would suggest STRONGLY that people don't waste their time debating the issues with these Customer Service reps but go to your credit card company to get your full refund. It was a waste of 15 minutes of my life just to get 35% refunded!!!

Don't get trapped in this company's web of marketing pitches & rationales as to why you should keep on using this product. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ALTOGETHER!!!

I agree with the other people who have made similar reports. I saw the product on Facebook. They offered free product with only a shipping charge. I agreed to the at the shipping charges for free product. Well, I received a charge for the product when it was automatically shipped the following month. I called them the day I received the auto ship product and told them to cancel my account and refund me fr the product I received. They told me once I receive it it cannot be returned for credit. They kept offering me discounts down to $20 to stay on auto shop. I told them absolutely not and told them I was going to report them to the better business bureau.

I, like most women wanted to improve the dark circles and bags under my eyes. So I ordered

the "Trial" jar for shipping only of $4.95. I received the jar in about a week. It came in a brown wrapping

and inside there were no dorections no return instructions. Only a peice of psper with a 800 number on it.

I forgot about it thinking....well I was durprised it was a normal size jar of eye cream for $4.95. Anyway

30days later my account is charged for $93.92. I called right away and an operator kept telling me I was charged because I didn't call within 15 day to tell them to stop the re-order. There was nothing saying to call and nothing on the web page

which I can't even find on the internet anymore. I called 3 different times before anyone would talk to me about

cancelling anything. They said they would refund me back $32.00 since I failed to call. They said it would take up to 3 business days...It's been 6 days and still nothing is back in my account.

I read that a number of actors and actresses were using this product with great success. I deceided to giv it a try. I was charged one initial amount to get started. Once I gave them my charge account, they proceeded to charge my account for multiple amounts of pills. I contacted them and finally got them to agree to refund me 90% of the charges. Two weeks later I saw no refund to my account and I received a package of pills, up to 9 Bottles with three different types of pills with no directions. I still have not received a refund and can not get through to any on by the phone number provided to me on the package receipt.

I called 7 May 2016 to cancel my account and the woman refused to cancell stating tha I was still in a trial perion. Said that I could only cancel before My 2nd. Told her this was before May 2nd but she still refused. This is a rip-off as their web site does not state you cannot cancel anytime and there is no paperwork in the package that says you can't cancel anytime. Beware, do not buy from this company

Jang Health Group- located supposedly in New York, New York but sounds like a very busy call center overseas. Somalian accent or Indian when I tried to call. I ordered two face creams for only 4.00$ each for shipping. Then got an email that said 90 and 80 was taken off of my card for these creams.

I called and was asked my order number, when i said I cannot afford this and need that money back and have not even opened the creams and want to send them back the guy just said, what part of your face do you want to use it for? Then, " You keep it and try it and you will like it, we will only charge you 20$ a month. I said, I am looking for a job right now and cannot afford that charge and need my money back and will send you the cream back I don't want to try it and don't want it. He wouldn't give me a return address to send it to and just said it's cancelled and have a nice day and hung up.

Called back again and this time it was a lady with an Indian or foriegn whatever accent, she asked my infor and said, " it has been cancelled, have a nice day" and hung up before i could even ask for a refund. This is obviously an overseas scam if the representatives will not even let you ask a question or talk, they know they have your $ and you can't do anything about it. I cannot afford this and really would love a lawyer to contact me to nail these people! When I got the email from them that they were charging me 90 and 80 I emailed back and said, " NO, please cancel my order , I have not even gotten it yet and don't want it and cannot afford that much and the cost was only supposed to be 4 $ for each face cream. No reply. Horribly rude and extremely sketchy. Can someone please help me get my money back? Thank You!
