I called her to explain the mistake that she made and that she should target the actual company who had her vehicles posted on central dispatch who were more than likely responsible for the "spoof text" she received. Spoof calls and texts are when someone uses the name and/or telephone number of another individual so as to make it appear that the contact came from them.
She acknowledged her mistake and apologized to me, and advised that she would be contacting the correct company. Jana, you need to see a psychiatrist and get on some medication for your mental problems. You also need a therapist for counseling to deal with your anger and paranoia issues.
I would consider this a major priority over shipping your car. Once you are stable on medication and counseling, only then should you pursue business endeavors such as auto transport.
