We went back and forth with Vic. Bottom line he never paid us. We tried to sue him but we coild never find him to serve him. We also could not get any response from Nick Sooy who worked for Vic. We got our invoices " return to sender" by post office. We tried a collection agency and were told when they finally contacted that the organization, they were in bankruptcy. It appears that Vic is back in business updating his linklen profile in 2016 stating he is a professional fund raiser. He does that by ripping off people businesses and other organization. he ripped us off for 2 thousand dollars.
