This office has several recruiting services the claim to offer and require up front payment up to $2500. The owner (Jim Heineman) will send you a contract offering refund if client is not placed within a period of time, and once he receives payment, no work is done on clients behalf. He then does not accept calls and refuses to offer refund of funds even though a contract is in place stating he will refund the fee if not placed. This is a fraudulent service.
I wish to pihhy-bck on the other posted report as I have the same exact story! I contract with Jim Heineman over three years ago and paid an upfront fee of $2,500. For that fee I was prmised that he would onlt take on 10 clients at a time, concentrate on me and find me a position that I requested. Shortly aftert the payment was recieved by him, all communication stopped and I gave up.
Soon after giving up, I contacted Jim and he alerted me that he had a few family issues and was very ill himslef and in / out of the hospital. I gave him my sympathy and asked if we coudl start workign toether again. He agereed. No new payment was needed. Again all communication stopped. I finally got ahold of Jim and for the plast two years, he jad promised to pay me back the $2,500. Next month, next week, soon as possible etc. Now the new story is is either merged or was bought by a larger firm and has no control of his money. Up until two weeks ago, he has still promised to pay and always has an excuse.
