I have been burned by 3 of the James E. Parrish Companies Not knowing its all the same person. They Push work pretty hard but when the bill is due they sit back and tell lies about when your going to get paid. Common Answer seems to be. We will get your Check in the mail next week. I can't understand why companies like Walmart, Michaels and Verizon would use a company that doesn't pay there Contractors?
Midwest Contracting sent me a work order for a Michaels Store it was simply to remove a water Diverter that was installed so I hauled a 32 ft extension ladder in and removed the Diverter in Feburary its August still have not been paid. emails don't get answered and lied to over the Phone A measly little 75 dollar labor charge. I know it not worth the effort but Its my lively hood and I don't want to lay around while he just keeps getting away with stealing it.
The next work order was sent to me from Coal Construction another of many James E Parrish Companys. This one for Walmart the work order was for Repair of a Cage Door Track Roller the Job was completed in April with the net 45 terms it was due in June. $177.00 Gone If I count the first Rip Off above I am now out $252.
The 3rd work order was sent from National Mantenance Contractors James E Parrish Again Verizon Store work order to supply and install a new front window gasket another job completed April due in June $446. Gone, If I count the other 2 Rip Offs thats a Total of $698. Shame on Me! Hopfully Others Will see these notes and do better than I did.
