I purchased a vehicle from iaai (insurance auto auction inc) for a customer who failed to deliver on payment. As a result my account was reneged by Angela Moran, the branch manager at IAA huntsville Alabama branch. I paid the renege fee immediately but the branch manager refused to reinstate my account and instructed her office workers to frustrate my efforts to reach her as she is the only one that has the direct authorised access to reinstate my account. Renege fee was paid on Friday September, 21st, 2015. My account is still not active till present.
