Back in 2015 I rented a house on castle cross from a lady claiming she was the property manager, her name is Jessica Delatorre. After about a month or two in the house we started to have bad weather as in lots of rain and hail. As the rain got worse it started to leak heavily in the rental home, it started leaking so bad that it started to literally rain in the house rain was also starting to come out through the ac vents! My furniture, TVs got wet! When I called and sent Jessica a video to report the issue at night time (dont recall time but it was in the late evening) she told me she would have someone over the next day. The next day came and went. After calling her again to "reminder" her of the issue she told me no one could be out to fix the problem until it stopped raining and to just move all my stuff to the opposite side of the house so it would not get wet. I was like really! Mold eventually started to happen inside and outside the house. I had a city inspector come and she pointed out the mold outside. Jessica did send out a roofer by the name of Joe, he stated to me that he was a friend of a friend of Jessica and he was asked to fix the roof because "owner" of the house didnt have insurance to the house. Joe also stated that the house did need a whole new roof but he was asked just to patch it up. No repairs wherever done to the house within. 5-7day period as stated in the lease agreement.
After long waits for repair (they were never done) I had my son tested for allergies to mold and guess what he is allergic and his asthma attacks were due to the house I ended up packing up and leaving because of my sons constant asthma attacks I got a lawyer to break the lease and to get my money back, but with lawyers and all she never responded or emails or calls.
So fast forward to 2018 I get a call from. A debit collector stating I owe Jessica 1,675 For chipped paint, nail holes, cleaning fees and yard maintenance fees....lol she gots to be crazy! After 3yrs she wants to give me bad credit! Not one letter or phone call was sent to me about it. She even signed the d**n certified mail that my lawyer sent to her 3yrs ago but she never responded. I still have the same number. So please people DO NOT RENT FROM JESSICA DELATORRE OR JAD SA INVESTMENTS THEY ARE SCAM PEOPLE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!
