I purchased a sofa that was from the Jackson company. I didn't have it a year till the springs started poking through and the fabric on the cushions started ripping and frailing. I got in touch with the store that I purchased it from and it took about 6 weeks for me to get it fixed. The Jackson company wouldn't fix it, so the store fixed it with their personal money. Even though I appreciated them fixing it for me, I was inconvenciened for almost a week because they had to take it out of my house. I think a company should stand behind their name, I paid over 800 just for the sofa, but I will never buy anything again with the Jackson name on it. I have no small kids so it wasn't because of that, there's just adults in my house. I think they should reimburse some of my money. Thank you
