I am filing this report because I want to get the word out about the conduct of this attorney and let people know that they need to be very careful with him and hopefully this will help somone else avoid the trouble and expense of what happened to my family members. When handling a legal matter for my family Jack Wenarsky over complicated the matter. There were several issues that he claimed he needed to research, and contemplate how they needed to be handled. He did a lot of talking, he made a lot of phone calls, and he over complicated things to a severe degree. He was billing by the hour and he was also stirring up contention while also interjecting himself into family matters. He was billing for this time as well. Finally my family came to their senses and accepted the fact that he was not going to be able to get things done.
They also became suspicious of his motivations. It was very hard for us all to accept and believe that the attorney hired,Jack Edward Wenarsky, was being dishonest with us and working against our interests in several ways.
When a new attorney was finally brought in things moved very quickly. The so-called dificult problems were explained by the new attorney as simple problems and he had an outline of the solution in the initial consultatiion and that solution was quickly implemented. That was proof positive to us that Mr Wenarsky was incompetent. Further developments convinced us that some of that incompetence was deliberate. As a prospective client of his, that part should not matter to you as much and what should be your final takeaway, that he will not do a good job for you. You might pay only a little more such as in the case of him drafting an agreement or contract, or you might pay a lot more. But just remember this, don't let him do any negotiating for you, and do not let him bill you by the hour. Do not let him know that you have money. The more he believes that he can get away with, the worse it will be on your financial position.
