I purchased 3 skincare products from this company and was very unhappy with their inferior quality. I called and spoke to a Karen and we discussed trying to water the product down as she said they are really concentrated and maybe that was the problem, so I did so.....but no luck. So I emailed her and asked if I could return for Refund.....when I got a very rude email from a worker that bluntly said....what do you think you can just try stuff and return it? To which I explained my conversation with Karen. So, Karen came back on and said to return for full refund.
So time passed....no refund, no refund.....so contact them....they ignore me....again and again....then I get my Credit Card bill and I'm livid. NO REFUND!!!!! I sent them a note to say RESPONd. They say....you can't send products back opened....so we pitched them.....what???? you threw away my money?? I would have kept them if I"d known that....how ludicrious!!!!!
So I opened up a Paypal dispute and the idiots....denied me saying it was buyer's remorse....idiots also. I just can't believe this entire situation.
I've sold and continue to sell on ebay.....and have sold QUALTY skin care in the past.....and sell perfume oils now....and I have excellent customer service and can't believe people can get away with this!!
Beware of this company's inferior products and customer service that doesn't esist!!!
